  I have suffered from psoriasis for over 30 years and having to use topical steroid treatment for many years knowing that it thins the skin it was constant battle of trying to find the balance.

When I came across this soap with natural ingredients claiming it can help with psoriasis l was sceptical at first but what l have found is I can use this  soap every day and it helps keep my psoriasis at a very manageable level and has helped reduce the need for steroids which has been a big factor.

  This is a great soap for cleaning grease and oily dirt from my hands. Normal soap wasn't great at removing the dirt but this soap works great.
