Returns Procedure:
- Grace Period for Returns: Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 28 days of receiving them.
- Notification Requirement: Before sending back any items, customers must inform econaturalzone.com by contacting their Customer Service Team at online econaturalzone@gmail.com
- Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Return: It’s advisable for customers to obtain confirmation of return from their shipping provider to ensure safe transit. Econaturalzone.ie cannot be held responsible for any products lost during return shipping.
- Refund Process: A refund for unwanted items, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
- Reimbursement Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal).
- Purchases from Other Retailers: Customers who bought products elsewhere should contact the retailer for return instructions.
- Exceptions to Refund: Products that have been opened and are ineligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons, except in cases of defects, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Reporting Damages: Any damages or breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products.

Cancellations:
If you wish to change an address or cancel an order, please send an email to econaturalzone@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods.
