Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns Procedure:

Grace Period for Returns: Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 28 days of receiving them.
Notification Requirement: Before sending back any items, customers must inform econaturalzone.com by contacting their Customer Service Team at online econaturalzone@gmail.com
Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Proof of Return: It’s advisable for customers to obtain confirmation of return from their shipping provider to ensure safe transit. Econaturalzone.ie cannot be held responsible for any products lost during return shipping.
Refund Process: A refund for unwanted items, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Reimbursement Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal).
Purchases from Other Retailers: Customers who bought products elsewhere should contact the retailer for return instructions.
Exceptions to Refund: Products that have been opened and are ineligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons, except in cases of defects, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Reporting Damages: Any damages or breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products.

Cancellations:

If you wish to change an address or cancel an order, please send an email to econaturalzone@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods.

I have suffered from psoriasis for over 30 years and having to use topical steroid treatment for many years knowing that it thins the skin it was constant battle of trying to find the balance. When I came across this soap with natural ingredients claiming it can help with psoriasis l was sceptical at first but what l have found is I can use this soap every day and it helps keep my psoriasis at a very manageable level and has helped reduce the need for steroids which has been a big factor. I would recommend this soap to anyone who wants minimise the use of prescription drugs.

This is a great soap for cleaning grease and oily dirt from my hands. Normal soap wasn't great at removing the dirt but this soap works great.

I have very sensitive skin, unfortunately most cosmetics cause allergies. A pleasant surprise here: the product is delicate and natural, perfect for washing the body, face and hair. I recommend!
